About The Project
The CultureFuture Project began as a brainchild of Guy Y. (loudlikeamouse) at the end of Summer, 2007. The guiding spirit behind the CultureFuture Project is to begin various projects which would help interested citizens promote positive changes to their culture. What those projects would be and how exactly they would operate had not been fully thought out; so it was decided to seed the ideas in the form of a wiki and invite whomever would like to contribute to help brainstorm and, eventually, launch those projects.
Who Can Join
Anyone. The CultureFuture Project dreams of improving contemporary culture through responsible action of all people. One of the founding goals of CultureFuture is that CultureFuture would help to democratize culture; if we all are responsible for the direction our culture takes, we will be able to feed into our culture positive leadership that would help rejuvenate an aging social structure.
About The Wiki
Because the Wiki is still in its infancy, there is very little to see. Soon, the project will be moving forward; a first draft mission statement will be drafted, and the first few ideas will be generated to start this project on the road.
